Ciaran Matthew Kelly intends to dedicate 10% of the profits he receives from eligible businesses and products created through the Ciaran Kelly and 4P3X AI™ co-building process towards establishing and supporting TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™.
Why the commitment exists
The commitment is inspired by the reason 4P3X AI™, Kyzel Kreates™ and the wider ecosystem were created.
4P3X AI™ was created to help turn ideas into practical technology that makes life easier for people. Many of the platforms within the 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™ were inspired by people who learn, think, communicate or experience the world differently—and by the limitations of systems that expect everybody to work in the same way.
The 10% Impact Commitment is intended to make sure that future commercial success can also help create learning, support, opportunity and practical tools for people who are too often left behind by traditional systems.
Intended future purpose
These are intended future areas of work. They are not claims that the programmes already exist.
Accessible learning tools, neurodivergent-friendly education and help for children and adults who struggle with traditional systems.
Local-first technology and practical support platforms for communities with limited connectivity or restricted resources.
Free or subsidised access to selected 4P3X tools, plus training and opportunities for people without conventional qualifications.
Technology designed around different communication, learning and accessibility needs rather than one rigid route.
Community projects that use technology to improve independence, understanding and access to useful support.
Opportunities for people who lack traditional financial, educational or professional resources but have ability and potential.

Human-led commitment
4P3X AI™ is a technology system and co-building tool created by Ciaran Matthew Kelly. It is not a legal person, company director, shareholder, trustee, charity, autonomous decision-maker or owner of funds.
The 10% Impact Commitment is a human-led founder pledge made by Ciaran Matthew Kelly, inspired by the mission behind the products created through the Ciaran Kelly and 4P3X AI™ co-building process.
Legal and operational accuracy
Nothing on this page should be interpreted as confirmation that TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™ is currently a registered charity, that customer purchases qualify as charitable donations or that any payment is tax deductible.
Commercial sustainability and impact
Kyzel Kreates™ is being developed as a commercially sustainable technology company with a founder-led commitment to use part of future success to support wider social impact.
The commitment does not mean every product is free and does not replace the need to build a viable, responsible company.
Purchases and current support payments are not automatically charitable donations and do not currently qualify for Gift Aid or tax relief.
Any future relationship between Kyzel Kreates™ and TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™ will require proper governance, accounting and conflict-of-interest controls.
