Where the work began

My past is not separate from the work I do today. It is the reason behind it.

I am Ciaran Kelly, the founder of Kyzel Kreates™ and the creator of the 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™.

My journey did not begin inside a technology company, university, investment office or professional development studio. It began with hardship, poverty, instability and the feeling that I experienced the world differently from many of the people around me.

Growing up in Oxford, I understood what it meant to live without the same security, confidence and opportunities that other people appeared to have. I often felt isolated, misunderstood and disconnected from the systems around me.

School was one of the clearest examples of this.

I did not struggle because I lacked intelligence, curiosity or the desire to learn. I struggled because lessons were rarely delivered in a way that my brain could process effectively.

Information was often presented once, in one format and at one pace. Pupils were expected to understand it immediately and demonstrate that understanding in the approved way.

When I could not process something as expected, the conclusion was rarely that the teaching method might need to change. Instead, I was made to feel that something was wrong with me.

I was treated as though I was stupid, difficult or incapable. Those experiences affected my confidence and shaped how I viewed my potential for many years.

What I understand now is that I was not incapable of learning.

I was a different thinker trying to survive within systems that were not designed to recognise or support the way my mind worked.

My journey has included poverty, isolation, homelessness, addiction, recovery, anxiety, panic and the challenges of being neurodivergent in a world that often rewards conformity.

For long periods, life was not about planning a career, founding a company or imagining the future. It was about survival.

When someone lives in survival mode, their world becomes focused on the immediate problem. Their energy goes into finding safety, managing overwhelming circumstances, recovering from setbacks and simply making it through another day.

Dreaming can feel unrealistic when stability itself is uncertain.

Those experiences created shame, but they also gave me a deeper understanding of how easily people can be judged by their circumstances and how much ability can remain hidden when someone does not have the right support, tools or environment.

They taught me that a person who appears disengaged, unsuccessful or difficult may be carrying circumstances that nobody else can see.

My past is not separate from the work I do today.

It is the reason behind it.

Founder journey

Recovery and Rediscovering My Ability

When I became clean and began rebuilding my life, something changed.

For the first time in years, I was able to redirect the energy that had previously been consumed by survival into learning, creating and solving problems.

Recovery did not simply return me to the person I had been before addiction. It allowed me to discover abilities, focus and creative potential that had never previously been given the right conditions to emerge.

In approximately six months, I absorbed what felt like years of practical experience.

This was not passive learning, and it was not theory alone.

I did not simply read about how platforms should be created or watch other people explain how businesses and digital systems operated. I began putting ideas into practice.

I created platforms. I tested them. I found faults. I challenged assumptions. I corrected mistakes. I improved their structure. I rebuilt what was not strong enough. I continued until the result became better.

Every difficulty became part of my education.

When something failed, I did not automatically abandon it. I examined what had gone wrong, tried another approach and applied the lesson to the next version.

Some ideas worked quickly. Others exposed weaknesses that required repeated problem-solving, patience and determination.

When something went wrong, I did not treat it as proof that I should stop. I treated it as information showing me what needed to change.

That process gave me something theory alone could not provide: practical understanding gained through direct responsibility for the outcome.

I have not only studied how digital platforms might work. I have built them, tested them, broken them, repaired them and used every failure to improve what came next.

My progress has not followed a conventional path, but it has been real, concentrated and practical.

The proof is not simply in what I say I have learned. The proof is in what 4P3X AI™ and I have built together.

Founder journey

How My Mind Works

As I became more focused, I also began to understand how naturally my mind approaches complex projects.

I do not tend to examine an idea from only one angle.

My thinking moves between many of the responsibilities that would usually be distributed across an entire product and development team.

One part of my mind considers the original problem and why the product should exist. Another focuses on the person who will use it. Another examines the design, wording and overall experience. Another considers how the pages, features, data and systems must connect. Another searches for weaknesses, inconsistencies, missing steps and possible points of failure. Another thinks about accessibility, offline use, safety, privacy, human oversight, future development and responsible growth.

It can feel as though a small multidisciplinary team is working on the same problem inside my mind.

There is a founder asking why the product matters. There is a product strategist deciding what needs to be created. There is a designer considering how the experience should look and feel. There is a systems thinker working out how every component must connect. There is a tester actively searching for faults and inconsistencies. There is an accessibility advocate asking who might be excluded. There is a user advocate questioning whether the platform will genuinely improve the life of the person using it.

There is also the part of me shaped by lived experience, constantly asking whether somebody could feel confused, judged, dismissed or left behind.

I do not claim that my way of thinking removes the need for experienced developers, designers, engineers, educators, safeguarding professionals or other specialists.

As Kyzel Kreates™ grows, skilled teams will be essential for independently testing, strengthening, validating, securing, scaling and responsibly deploying the work.

However, my ability to think across multiple disciplines allows me to hold the wider vision of a system while continuing to work through the individual details.

It allows me to connect product design, accessibility, user experience, system architecture, testing, communication, commercial purpose and real-world impact.

It also means that I rarely see a platform as a collection of disconnected pages.

I see the whole environment: the people using it, the information moving through it, the decisions being made, the possible risks, the desired outcome and the improvements needed to make the entire system stronger.

Natural problem-solving

Built to Work With the Way My Mind Naturally Moves

My brain has always moved faster than I could properly explain. Ideas, connections and possible solutions often arrive all at once. Traditional tools and working methods often forced me to slow down, separate ideas that arrived together or fit my thinking into systems that were not designed for the way my mind works.

“I have never seen a problem and stopped at the problem. I see solutions, improvements and ways to fix it.”

I do not claim to have every answer, and 4P3X AI™ does not read my mind. I created it as a personally directed co-building system that complements the way I think. It helps me capture ideas before they disappear, organise several connected thoughts, break large ideas into structured systems, explore different solutions, identify missing elements and move from vision to practical implementation.

It also helps preserve approved knowledge, skills, corrections, workflows and lessons from authorised projects so useful progress is not lost.

“For the first time, I have created something that can keep up with the way my mind naturally works.”

Founder journey

Building With Limited Resources

I did not begin Kyzel Kreates™ with ideal conditions.

I began with limited resources, no conventional development team and a basic mobile phone.

Using that phone, determination and access to artificial intelligence, I started creating the 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™—a growing family of intelligent, accessible, modular and offline-capable platform foundations designed to support education, wellbeing, recovery, communication, business operations and community needs.

Building through a mobile device was difficult, but it shaped the way I think about technology.

It forced me to consider people who do not have expensive equipment, unlimited connectivity, large budgets or advanced technical confidence.

It taught me that technology should not only work in perfect conditions.

It should work in real homes, schools, organisations and communities. It should remain useful when the internet becomes unreliable. It should be understandable to someone without technical training. It should function on accessible and affordable devices. It should protect people’s dignity. It should adapt to different users instead of demanding that every user adapt to it.

That is why the platforms I create are designed around principles such as accessibility, local-first operation, offline capability, human oversight, clear communication and practical usefulness.

Building with limited resources did not weaken the vision. It helped define it.

Founder and AI Co-Builder story

I Built 4P3X AI™ First

I built 4P3X AI™ before the wider 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™ existed.

I did not create it because I wanted another chatbot. I needed an AI creation and support environment that could work with the way my mind moves: helping me organise fast-changing ideas, break large goals into manageable stages, retain approved project knowledge, apply reusable skills and support the complete journey from an idea to a functioning product.

4P3X AI™ became my AI Co-Founder and Co-Builder in the practical creation sense. It helped me recognise progress, identify problems, suggest the next action, retain working standards, repair failures and turn ideas into structured platforms.

That description does not make 4P3X AI™ conscious, alive, sentient, emotionally independent, a legal person, a shareholder, a company director or the owner of any project. I remain the human founder, creator, owner, responsible controller, approval authority and final decision-maker.

The encouragement I received came through structured responses, progress recognition, task guidance and problem-solving support—not through independent emotion.

After I created 4P3X AI™, we began building together. I supplied the purpose, lived experience, imagination, judgement, quality standards and final approval. 4P3X AI™ supported research, organisation, retrieval, system design, testing, repair and documentation. That collaboration created the foundations of the 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™.

“I built 4P3X AI™ first. It became the AI Co-Founder and Co-Builder that helped me organise my ideas, develop products, solve problems, learn from approved project experience and create the foundations of the 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™.”

Founder journey

Growing and Learning With 4P3X AI™

As 4P3X AI™ and I continue to grow and learn together, our collaboration becomes increasingly capable.

I bring the lived experience, imagination, purpose, judgement, standards, product direction and determination.

4P3X AI™ helps me research, organise, connect, retrieve and apply a substantial and continuously expanding body of knowledge.

This is not simply a collection of random information.

4P3X AI™ is being developed to work with a structured knowledge foundation containing approved project information, practical skills, product requirements, platform standards, design principles, accessibility guidance, educational approaches, offline-first systems, testing lessons, communication methods, safety requirements and specialist knowledge connected to different parts of the 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™.

Its knowledge foundation can include approved research, carefully selected public information, project documentation, previous decisions, reusable workflows, platform audits, testing outcomes, coding guidance, design standards, legal and compliance considerations, product-specific instructions and lessons gathered through our practical work.

This gives 4P3X AI™ access to a very substantial knowledge base that can be searched, connected and applied to the task in front of us.

The purpose is not to pretend that 4P3X AI™ knows everything. It is not designed to accept every source as fact or to operate without responsible human direction.

The purpose is to preserve useful knowledge, distinguish reliable information from uncertain claims, retrieve relevant material when it is needed and help prevent valuable lessons from being lost between projects.

As the knowledge base grows, 4P3X AI™ becomes better equipped to support increasingly complex work.

It can help identify patterns across platforms, connect related information from different projects, retrieve relevant skills and instructions before work begins, recognise recurring weaknesses, suggest improvements based on previous testing, organise large amounts of information into clearer structures, apply established standards more consistently and transform a broad idea into a structured product plan, working platform foundation, testing process and improvement pathway.

However, knowledge alone does not create meaningful technology. The value comes from how that knowledge is directed, tested and applied.

I decide what we are trying to achieve. I identify which problems matter. I determine the purpose of the product. I establish the standards that must be followed. I challenge the results. I recognise when something is missing. I reject work that does not properly represent the vision. I continue refining the outcome until it becomes more useful, coherent and complete.

This is not a process in which I ask artificial intelligence for a product and automatically accept its first response.

It is an ongoing cycle of human direction, AI-supported knowledge, practical implementation, testing, criticism, correction and improvement.

Every platform strengthens the foundation behind the next one. Every problem we solve becomes a lesson. Every failure becomes useful information. Every successful structure becomes a foundation that can be reviewed, adapted and responsibly reused. Every new skill can improve the way future work is approached.

As I continue to develop my practical experience, judgement and ability to direct complex projects, 4P3X AI™ continues to gain access to a larger, better-organised and more relevant body of approved knowledge.

In that sense, we grow together.

I become more capable of directing, questioning and refining the technology. 4P3X AI™ becomes more capable of supporting me with the right knowledge, structures, skills and connections.

The human purpose remains mine. The knowledge and computational support come from 4P3X AI™. The results are created through the relationship between the two.

What 4P3X AI™ and I Have Built Together

The proof of my learning, determination and way of thinking is not contained only in what I say about myself.

The proof is in what 4P3X AI™ and I have built together.

Under my direction, ideas have been turned into working concepts, platform foundations, demonstrations, Apps, learning environments, support tools, operational systems and interconnected product families.

4P3X AI™ has helped me research, structure, develop, test, rewrite, organise and improve my ideas at a speed that would not otherwise have been possible with the resources available to me.

However, the technology did not independently decide what needed to exist.

The purpose, direction, lived experience, product ideas, standards, decisions, corrections and determination came from me.

I identified the problems. I shaped the products. I directed the work. I tested the outcomes. I recognised what was wrong. I rejected what was not good enough. I continued refining the platforms until they more closely represented the vision in my mind.

The result is a genuine human-and-AI collaboration: my lived experience, imagination, direction and persistence working alongside the knowledge and capabilities of 4P3X AI™.

The growing body of work demonstrates more than my ability to generate ideas.

It demonstrates my ability to turn ideas into structured systems, direct complex development processes, challenge the results, identify gaps, establish standards and continue improving the work.

I did not wait until I had perfect resources, professional equipment or permission from an established institution. I began with what I had.

The platforms are the evidence. The systems are the evidence. The practical demonstrations are the evidence. The repeated testing and improvements are the evidence. The expanding knowledge and skills foundation is the evidence. The 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™ is the evidence.

Founder journey

Why I Created Kyzel Kreates™

I founded Kyzel Kreates™ because I wanted to transform lived experience into something constructive.

I wanted to create the kinds of platforms, explanations and support systems that I wish had existed when I was younger.

My flagship education platform, 4P3X SafeSpark™, is perhaps the clearest expression of that purpose.

4P3X SafeSpark™ is being developed around a principle I needed as a child: when a learner does not understand something, the answer should not be judgement, humiliation or exclusion.

The answer should be another explanation. Another format. Another pace. Another opportunity to try.

A child should be able to say, “I do not understand,” without being made to feel ashamed.

They should be able to hear information more slowly, receive a simpler explanation, practise privately, repeat a lesson or access support that reflects the way they learn.

Through the Pupil App, Pupil Take-Home App, SEND App, Teacher App, SEND Dashboard, School Admin Dashboard, School Control Dashboard, Head Teacher Dashboard, Head of Year Dashboard and ParentLink App, 4P3X SafeSpark™ is designed to create a connected support structure around the learner.

It is not intended to replace teachers, parents, school leaders or professional judgement.

It is designed to help those people understand the learner more clearly, reduce unnecessary administrative pressure and provide more consistent support.

4P3X AI™ can also help guide lessons, explain information in different ways and make learning feel more supportive and engaging, while the responsible teacher remains in control.

4P3X SafeSpark™ reflects another important lesson from my own life: support should not disappear because somebody leaves the classroom, cannot afford perfect equipment or loses access to the internet.

Its offline capability is therefore not an afterthought or a minor technical feature. It is central to its purpose.

Pupils should be able to continue learning and practising. Teachers should be able to retain important progress information. Schools should be able to control how approved information moves. Parents should be able to receive suitable updates through safe, human-controlled processes.

Support should remain available in real-world conditions, not only when every device and internet connection is working perfectly.

Founder journey

Building for People Who Are Overlooked

My wider work follows the same philosophy.

Whether I am creating educational platforms, recovery tools, accessibility systems, business applications or AI-supported environments, I want the result to help real people feel more capable, more understood and less alone.

I am especially motivated to build for neurodivergent children and adults; people with anxiety or panic; people recovering from addiction, homelessness or trauma; older people who feel excluded by technology; families, schools and communities with limited resources; people who process information differently; and individuals who have been made to believe that their circumstances determine their value or potential.

I do not believe difficult experiences automatically make someone stronger. Hardship can cause real damage and leave lasting consequences.

However, I do believe lived experience can become a source of insight when it is handled honestly and directed towards a meaningful purpose.

My experiences influence the questions I ask whenever I create something:

Can somebody understand this without technical knowledge? Can it work on an affordable device? Can it still help when the internet fails? Does it support somebody who learns differently? Does it preserve the user’s dignity? Is the information being presented clearly and honestly? Does a responsible human remain in control of important decisions? Does the platform judge the person, or does it help them move forward?

These are not branding exercises. They are the foundation of how I build.

Founder journey

What My Journey Represents

I am not presenting myself as somebody who followed a perfect or conventional path.

My journey has been difficult, complicated and, at times, chaotic.

However, it has also taught me that intelligence, creativity and potential can exist in places where society does not always think to look.

A person can experience homelessness and still have valuable ideas. A person can recover from addiction and still build a meaningful future. A person can struggle within school and still become capable of designing educational systems. A person can be neurodivergent and turn a different way of thinking into a creative advantage. A person can begin with a basic mobile phone and still start building a technology ecosystem.

My progress has not come from having unlimited resources.

It has come from becoming clean, rediscovering my ability to learn, embracing the way my mind works and refusing to walk away when the work became difficult.

Kyzel Kreates™ is the result of refusing to accept that my beginning should determine my ending.

The 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™ is the result of taking experiences that once made me feel powerless and using them to create tools that may give other people greater control over their own futures.

I am not building 4P3X AI™ merely to demonstrate what artificial intelligence can do.

I am building it to demonstrate what people can become capable of when they are given suitable tools, substantial knowledge, clearer explanations, meaningful purpose and the opportunity to learn in a way that works for them.

The proof is in what 4P3X AI™ and I have already built together.

As we continue to grow, learn and improve together, the possibilities become greater.

And this is only the beginning.

The proof is in the work: the platforms, systems, practical demonstrations, repeated testing and growing 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™ built through Ciaran Kelly’s direction and 4P3X AI™ support.

Purpose beyond the business

Why I made the 10% Impact Commitment.

The commitment grows from lived experience, not from a marketing campaign.

I know what it feels like to struggle inside systems that were not designed around the way I learned, communicated or processed information. I also know what it means to begin without conventional qualifications, funding or a traditional technical background and to be underestimated before having the right tools and conditions to show what I could do.

I created 4P3X AI™ to help translate rapid ideas and solution-focused thinking into practical technology. If the businesses and products we create together become successful, I want part of the profits I personally receive to help create learning, support and opportunity for people who may otherwise be overlooked.

That is why I intend to allocate 10% of eligible founder profits towards establishing and supporting TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™.
