The public-benefit mission connected to Kyzel Kreates™

TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™

Technology, learning and support designed to reach people who are too often excluded

TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™ is the planned future Foundation connected to the wider public-benefit mission behind Ciaran Kelly, Kyzel Kreates™ and 4P3X AI™.

Its purpose would be to improve access to learning, guidance, supportive technology and practical resources for people who learn, think, communicate or experience the world differently, as well as people facing financial, geographical, emotional, educational or digital barriers.

Founder purpose

Built From Lived Experience, Designed for Wider Access

A dignified founder-led mission shaped by practical experience rather than spectacle.

Understanding barriers

Ciaran Kelly experienced educational barriers and struggled with the way learning was delivered. He understands how people can be underestimated because they communicate, learn or process information differently.

He began building with limited resources, without a conventional technical background or funded development team, and created 4P3X AI™ to help translate fast, interconnected and solution-focused thinking into practical technology.

Turning experience into purpose

The future Foundation mission is intended to support technology that is easier to understand, less judgmental and more accessible. It reflects Ciaran’s determination that future success should create opportunities for people who may otherwise be underestimated.

The aim is to design tools that adapt around people rather than demanding that every person adapt to one rigid system.

Commercial progress connected to public benefit

The 4P3X AI™ 10% Impact Commitment

The commitment is made by Ciaran Matthew Kelly. It is not made by 4P3X AI™ and it is not a claim that funds are currently held by a charity.

The founder commitment

Ciaran Matthew Kelly intends that 10% of the profits he personally receives from eligible businesses and products created through the Ciaran Kelly and 4P3X AI™ co-building process will be set aside to help build the future work of TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™.

The intention is to connect commercial progress with long-term public benefit across accessible education, guidance, digital inclusion, community technology and responsible support programmes.

Required formal controls

  • Suitable legal structure and independent governance
  • Separate accounts and transparent reporting
  • Conflict-of-interest and safeguarding controls
  • Defined funding and grant criteria
  • Professional legal, financial and accounting advice
  • Clear separation between company income and future Foundation funds

Current status: Founder commitment established — formal Foundation structure and financial controls planned. A written allocation policy, separate accounts and professional advice are still required. No charitable donations are currently being collected through this page.

Why separation matters

The company and future Foundation should have appropriate legal, financial and operational separation. The Foundation should not be used to make unsupported marketing claims, and its public-benefit priorities should not be controlled solely by commercial sales goals.

Why independent oversight matters

Independent governance, reporting, safeguarding and conflict-of-interest controls would be essential as the plan develops. Public wording must change whenever the formal legal status changes.

Future collaboration

Building the plan responsibly.

Potential future collaboration may involve councils, schools, libraries, charities, community organisations, service providers, accessibility specialists, safeguarding professionals, researchers and social-impact funders.
