TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™ is a planned future Foundation connected to the wider public-benefit mission behind Ciaran Kelly, Kyzel Kreates™ and 4P3X AI™. It is not currently presented as a registered charity.

4P3X AI™ Free Support Access Network

The 4P3X AI™ Free Support Access Network is a proposed permission-based model intended to provide free-at-the-point-of-use access to approved guidance, accessible learning and practical support resources. It is not unrestricted free internet and it is not currently a national telecommunications service.

Existing support layer

Fifteen named support App foundations are documented across approved Kyzel Kreates™ project records. They include local-first support directions for grief, anxiety, burnout, carers, neurodivergent focus, recovery, parents, confidence, pain preparation, life administration, trauma, bereavement, survivor support, grounding and daily reset.

Legal and professional boundaries

The future Foundation requires formal legal structure, governance, accounting, safeguarding and conflict-of-interest controls. Provider access requires permission, contracts, security testing, privacy controls and applicable legal or regulatory review. 4P3X AI™ does not replace emergency services or qualified professional advice.
